Arriving here in fall of 2004, Princeton made an entrance as anyone with “Prince” in his name would. He is a very outgoing fellow, demanding courtesy from the dogs at all times, even if that means they have to share their beds! His favorite time of day is the evening, when those watching TV surely have extra lap space for him! He was diagnosed with early renal disease, not uncommon at age 15, and dealt with for now with a special diet and subcutaneous fluids.
Update 3/1/05– Princeton has been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, heart muscle disease. His treatment is complicated by his kidney disease, so we will be doing our best to keep him comfortable and ensure as much lap time as he needs!
Update 4/20/05– Princeton crossed the Rainbow Bridge this afternoon. His outgoing personality and lap-warming abilities are deeply missed... |
